I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and yes I realize there is no turkey in this picture but it does have some of my favorite foods including pizza. ;-)
And for all of you who are wondering what to do with that left over turkey here is a nice soup recipe.
Turkey Vegetable Soup

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

14 1/2 ounces no salt added stewed tomatoes
4 1/2 ounces canned mushrooms -- sliced and drained
14 1/2 ounces fat-free chicken broth
1 pound cooked turkey -- diced
1/4 cup red wine
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 small onion -- chopped
2 cloves garlic -- minced
8 ounces no salt added tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/3 cup instant rice
Mix all ingredients except rice together and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and add rice. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Description: A good way to use up left over turkey.
